Lincolnshire sport volunteering partnership project

My name is Lynsey Creaser and I am the Sports Volunteer Development Officer for Lincolnshire and I work for the Lincolnshire Sports Partnership. My role came out of a project and bid from Change-Up, which is a government incentive, which was written by Lincolnshire Voluntary Sports Forum. I am from a sports background and Hazel has a generic volunteering background. Through this session it is about marrying the two together.

Lincolnshire Sports Partnership is an exciting concept bringing together a range of different organisations that are involved in the delivery of sport across Lincolnshire.

Organisations involved include:

Schools,
Clubs,
Local and National Governing Bodies,
Disability groups,
Youth Service Groups,
the Police,
the Health Authority,
Sport England,
University & Colleges, and
Local Governmental Authorities.
