Greatersport makes a great difference

GreaterSport, the County sports Partnership in Greater Manchester, has been working with Skills Active and the Manchester Learning Skills Council (LSC) to deliver a nine-month Skills for Jobs programme.

The SfJ programme is an umbrella term for the range of different initiatives aimed at linking skills and employability, providing a much-needed route from unemployment into sports coaching on a voluntary and paid basis.
