Through our work with community groups and inactive women and girls Tees Valley Sport have linked up with Halo. This organisation works to support some of the most vulnerable women in our society.
Tees Valley Sport have teamed up with a local Charity called Investing in People and Cultures (IPC) and a Middlesbrough based Martial Arts and Cross Training Academy (M.A-X Academy) to deliver a project that has made significant difference to the lives of young Refugee and Asylum Seekers living in the Tees Valley.
Tees Valley Sport are committed to encouraging more people from under-represented groups to play sport and become physically active. Working with TS1 has had a huge impact on the local community.
