Through consultation with customers at our development days we have focussed on developing the functionality of the SportSuite module to further enhance the work clients can do. 2017/18 has seen 65 developments made to the software with the enhancements including: linking in with the Open Active initiative through the creation of an activity finder Application Programming Interface (API); development of custom booking forms in the SportSuite events module; inclusion of conditional statements within surveys meaning a complete revamp of the SportSuite Workforce module; and the building of a 'lite' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for inclusion in SportSuite Core.
Success:
• Over 50 developments made to the SportSuite software over the last 12 months.
• Developed a 'lite' CRM system as an addition to SportSuite Core.
• 4 new Workplace Challenge clients on board.
• Reduced operating costs and increased net surplus.
